Kudos to North Park’s Tacos Perla for bringing several of Baja’s cutting-edge chefs to San Diego! We loved meeting Top Chef Mex contestant Chef Adria Marina of Don Ramen at last Friday’s happening, and felt lucky to sample her wonderful cuisine.

Tacos Kokopelli will be at Perla this Wednesday (will they serve my favs, the Rasta & Kraken?) and don’t miss Valle de Guadalupe’s Diego Hernandez of Corazon de Tierra on March 16.
